Cheryl was able to negotiate a fantastic price on my new construction home and then was able to sell my previous home for over listing price. Their attention to detail gives you the assurance that nothing will be overlooked. They were in constant contact with me through both the selling and buying process so I was always informed every step of the way. When one sale fell through they had another offer 2 hours later.
